[Wvstaff] RSAF Reviews - rescheduled

Gentlemen:

 

Due to various scheduling conflicts, we've moved the grant meeting to
the afternoon of April 16 (Friday).  This is contingent on OEMS getting
us the applications this week, to allow time to contact all of the
applicants to schedule an appointment.

 

Same time and place...  starting between 2 and 3 PM, but that will
depend on how many applications are received. More information will
follow.
