[Wvstaff] Projectors

Effective immediately, no video projector, notebook computer, or any
other equipment (including training equipment) is to be loaned out
without first checking it out with a record of the borrower. This does
not apply to staff members who take equipment out for classes, etc. that
you are overseeing. But it is your responsibility to return the
equipment after its use. 

 

For checking out from the Roanoke office, please use the library
check-out system with Sharyn. From the field offices, have anyone who
checks out equipment sign for it, and keep contact info and a return
date.

 

In the past year, we have apparently lost two video projectors. We don't
want this to happen again!
