[Wvstaff] Vote for your favorite painting!

The League of Roanoke Artists rotated their art work today, so please
enjoy the new pieces that are hanging!  The League is doing something
new, and I need your help.  Over the next week or so, please look at all
the artwork (excluding the 9/11 photos) and let me know which one is
your favorite.  I will then pick the artwork that has the most votes and
let LRA know, so they can recognize that artist.  Thanks!
