[Temslist] Media event for Disaster Medical Support Units

On Tuesday June 10 there will be a media demonstration of the eight new fully-equipped Disaster Medical Support Units purchased by the Hampton Roads MMRS program and transferred to four jurisdictions on the Southside and four on the Peninsula.  The media event will be held in the parking area of the Chesapeake Conference Center at 10:00 a.m. The Chesapeake Conference Center is located at 900 Greenbrier Circle, Chesapeake, VA 23320. In addition to the media, responders are welcome to come and see this new level of mass casualty preparedness in our region. An attached flyer briefly highlights the DMSU project. More information will be available on site and will be published in the July/Aug edition of the Response newsletter.
