$1000.00 Scholarship for High School Senior with Outstanding
Contribution to EMS - Kevin P. Moore (Courtland VRS)
 
With the exception of the "Call of the Year" category, which is a
regional-only category, the region winners will be nominated for the
same category at the state level. State winners will be announced
November 15 in Norfolk during the annual Virginia EMS Symposium Awards
Banquet.
