There is a Virginia EMS Recruitment and Retention Network with a meeting
scheduled for April 17. Flyer attached and information is below. EMS
agency leaders and recruitment/retention officers should seriously
consider this as an opportunity to "network" with others around the
state with a concern for improving EMS recruitment and retention. If not
currently a member, but interested, contact Karen McQuaid at the contact
info below.

Hello VA R&R Network members,

Just a reminder of our April 17th meeting in Winchester VA.
Hosted by Christine Franchok of Frederick County Fire-EMS.
Thank you to those who have already RSVP'ed.

Lunch is at Noon.
A brief presentation: How to Earn the Designation "Certified Volunteer
Administrator".
Following we will go back to the basic and network.   We are asking
members to share their recruitment ideas and materials.  Tables will be
provided to display, if requested.

We will go around the room and let everyone that wishes to talk about
their displays, or materials, do so.  We hope that you will find an idea
that you have not previously considered, that may work to help with your
recruitment efforts.
