[Temslist] Opportunity to Comment on Strategic EMS Plan

The Tidewater EMS Council Board of Directors will be reviewing, revising
and re-adopting the region's strategic EMS plan during its next meeting
on April 19. So far, as the plan review has traveled through several
committees, there has not been specific recommendation for plan change.
The Board has undertaken an organizational analysis and a consultant
will report to the Board on April 19 regarding any recommendations from
that analysis as it might impact the strategic plan. Otherwise, the plan
will move forward as currently written for the Board's review on April
19. This is now an open opportunity for EMS system stakeholders to
review the current plan and to forward recommendations for plan
revision.  You may read the current plan on the council's website at

Feel free to forward any recommendation regarding the strategic plan by
April 2 to Executive Director Jim Chandler at chandler at vaems.org.
Recommendations will be reviewed by the Board's assessment committee and
forwarded to the Board for consideration. Thank you.
