2007 TEMS Regional EMS Awards 

We've received many good nominations, but we know that there are other
deserving potential nominees out there. Please take a few minutes to
visit our website and send us your good nominations today!    Remember,
quite a few Governor's Award Winners have come from our region in recent
years, but only the Regional Award Winners are eligible! It's Easy ---
Use the web form, or print and submit the paper  application.

Nomination Deadline - Friday, June 15, 2007

Applications MUST be received in our office by mail, fax, email
attachment, web form, or hand delivery by 4:30 pm Friday, June 15th,
2007!!
