[Temslist] Traffic changes at I-64 and Battlefield Blvd

Dan Fermil, EMS Medical Operations Chief in Chesapeake, asked that we
forward information to the EMS community regarding traffic changes
associated with construction at the I-64 interchange at Battlefield Blvd
in Chesapeake. He included a pdf file of a drawing of the interchange,
and what changes are planned. The size of the pdf file was too large for
us to forward in bulk, so we've posted it on our website for those who
wish to download it:
