[Temslist] 2007 Regional Medical Protocols Public Comment Period

The 2007 Regional Medical Protocols are now available for public
comment. Representative protocols have been made available for regional
prehospital care providers, administrators, educators and operational
medical directors to review and comment. The Public Comment period will
run from December 4, 2006 to December 31, 2006. During this time the
Regional Medical Protocols open for public comment can be accessed
through the TEMS website at http://www.tidewaterems.org . Once at the
TEMS homepage, the link can be found in the "Protocol, Drug and IV"
section. Click on the "2007 Protocol Release Open Comment" link to
access the public comment page. For direct access copy and paste the
following link into the address bar of your browser.

The TEMS Education and Protocol Committee encourages provider
participation in the public comment process. The committee will use the
information gathered to ensure the ease of use and validity of the TEMS
protocol system. The committee will accept constructive comments or
suggestions only. The members of the Education and Protocol Committee
thank you for your willingness to participate in the 2007 Regional
Medical Protocols Public Comment process.
