Hello All,

The EMT Enhanced class will begin on January 4, 2010 1830 hours at Station 9, Pine St. Onancock. The class is not full. Anyone else wishing to attend respond to dicksurran at verizon.net for an application. You must be sponsored by your agency with officer's signatures on the application. The state eligibility requirements are listed verbatim below from the OEMS website.

This class is not affiliated with TCC or transferable to TCC or any college program unless that institution grants approval. No claims are made for any accommodation by any college. Those wishing a guaranteed bridge should take the full course at the college of their choice.

The EMT Enhanced certification is unique to Virginia and is intended to put another level of ALS on the street. It is a requirement for EMT Intermediate classes when offered as a separate course.

If interested, contact me as soon as possible.
