[ES-Fire-EMS] Riverside SMH Linen

PLEASE POST IN YOUR STATION

Effective Immediately

 

Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital has received new linen for their ED beds
from the Riverside System.

All linen services are now contracted out to a third part vendor.

These linens are green or green and white.

These linens will be stored at bedside and in a new closet.

EMS is not to use these linens!

EMS is to use the linens available in the BLUE cabinet, still located on the
back hallway.

This includes sheets, pillow cases and blankets.

In the very near future, linen for EMS will be re-located to the Pixis in
the ambulance entrance.

 

If you provide your patient with a pillow, please take the pillow back upon
arrival at the ED, as the ED will not be providing pillows to EMS at this
time.

Blankets are not to be removed from the warmer.

 

If you have any questions or issues related to the matter please direct them
to Bonnie Enoch, ED Nurse Manager.
