[ES-Fire-EMS] North EMT-Basic Class

Greetings!

Registration is continuing for the EMT-Basic Program to be held beginning on 
July 31st at Oak Hall Rescue.  I will be allowing students to register until 
FRIDAY, JULY 15th, or until the enrollment reaches thirty (30) students, which 
ever occurs first.  The timeline for the course is as follows:

July 15- Registration Deadline (5:00 PM)

July 18- Informational packets mailed to registered students

July 24- BLS-Healthcare Provider CPR Course 0900-1700 (Sta 20-Oak Hall)
         (Students must have a valid card through at least 1/14/06)         

July 31- First Class Session-Administrative/Office of EMS Paperwork Night


For your convenience, a registration form in MSWORD format has been 
attached.  Feel free to download the form and make copies as necessary.  
Remember, all registrations must be received by the deadline!  

Hope to see everyone in Oak Hall on July 31st!
