EMT Practical Instructors and Patients Needed:

NC EMS Training Center - Machipongo

Instructors - $50

Patients - $25

 

 

Tuesday, 15th

1830 - 2130

 

medical assess - diabetic pt  (This will need a pt.)

trauma assess - MVC  (This will need a pt.)

Long board - to test (May use one of the students as the pt.)

bleeding / shock - to test (may use one of the students as the pt.)

 

Retest any student who needs airway

 

 Wednesday, 16th

1830-2130

 

Medical assess - asthma pt  (This will need a pt.)

trauma pt - fall with fx leg (This will need a pt.)

KED - to test (may use one of the students as the pt.)

Traction splint - to test (may use one of the students as the pt.)

 

Retest any student who needs airway, backboard, bleeding / shock

 

Tuesday, 22nd

1830-2130

 

Medical assess - allergic reaction (this will  need a pt)

Trauma assess - fall fx arm - (This will need a pt.)

Long bone splint - (may use a student as the pt)

Joint splint - (may use a student as the pt)

 

Re-test any student who needs KED and traction splint  (may use a student as the pt.)
