TRAINING ANNOUNCEMENT ~ PLEASE POST/DISTRIBUTE
   
Course:  American Heart Association BLS Instructor Course (1 Day Course!)
   
Date: Saturday, March 27th, 0800-1700
   
Location:  Former Northampton Middle School ~ Machipongo, VA
   
Course Faculty: Kevin Holloway/Kim Caison (TCLS Training)
  
Course Fee: $300.00 
   
Fee includes staff instruction, and AHA Core Instructor CD & Manual, handouts)
   
Pre-Requsites: 
   
  (1) Must hold a valid AHA BLS Provider Card at start of class
  (2) Must complete the AHA Core Instructor Course prior to class**
  (3) Must have completed pre-course skills evaluation prior to admission to course
  (4) Must be aligned/accepted by an approved AHA Training Center
  (5) Must complete an AHA Instructor Candidate Application Form 
   
**PLEASE NOTE: The Core Instructor Course is a self-directed program that must be taken either on-line or using the CD-ROM included with the package.  This is included in your course fee; these materials will be distributed once they arrive.
   
Notes: Once registered, I will be happy to discuss these pre-requsites with each of you to assure that everyone is eligible to sit for the class.

  (2) Complete the attached Instructor Application Form and mail, along with a check for $300.00 made payable to Kevin Holloway.  Please mail all registration forms and checks so that they are recieved NO LATER than February 28th.  I need monies in advance to allow for the ordering of all materials required for the course.  In the event of inclement weather, the course will be rescheduled.  No refunds will be issued after Core Instructor Course materials are ordered/distributed.
