[ES-ALS-Providers] Stitch Kits

All,
While I was on a Medical Mission in Incawasa, Peru, one thing we could
have used was a "Stitch Kit", as the nurses called it for sewing up
wounds. We had one boy who caught some flying glass from another boy.
They were throwing glass at each other. The nurses found some needles
and suturing string (?), but noted, "It was a dull needle".
 
Can anyone direct me where such items can be purchased for outside the
US for use??
