[ES-ALS-Providers] Diltiazem; aka Cardizem

Hello once again.....

The manufacturer of the version of Cardizem, carried regionally, has ceased production of this product.  There-by, it is no longer available in a non-refrigerated form.  Most of our stock, here on the shore, expires the end of this month (March).  Thus, starting today, as boxes are changed out at SMH, the Cardizem will be removed.

TEMS is in the process of a protocol update, soon to be published.  Cardizem will be removed from the protocols, as it is no longer available for EMS use.
