[ES-ALS-Providers] Important ~ PALS Recertification

Hello fellow ALS providers:

It has been brought to my attention the PALS recertification course scheduled for April 7th, falls on Easter weekend.  Norman would like to reschedule this for Saturday, April 28th.  Please let me know ASAP if there is any scheduling conflict!  Otherwise, please make note of this date change.
