OK, Get out there and get your runs in so some of us geriatrics can back
off.
 
Also, I have been doing some Medical Mission work overseas. I found a
good site that teaches Jungle Medicine, water filtration, well drilling
and more stuff in North Carolina. We may need it if we have a Eastern
Shore Disasters or you want to do Medical Mission work. The web address
