I am being told by Susan @ Network Medical the books were shipped from Laerdal to my office on Wednesday, January 17th, 2007.  However, they have not arrived and Laerdal has not been able to provide Susan with their whereabouts.  I have spoke with Susan everyday this week regarding this matter.  If I do not receive the books today, Susan has agreed to ship them to me from their office this afternoon.  As soon as I receive the books I will send an email out to everyone.

This situation is unacceptable, however out of my control!
